Live questions with 199QUERY answers are being streamed to big screens around Australia with the launch of 199QUERY's new sms2screen service. Anyone with a mobile phone can use the 199QUERY service, which answers any question sent to it for a one off cost of $2.50. Chances are now that the question, with answer, will also appear up on the big screen at
Circle on Cavil on the Gold Coast.
People have already jumped at the opportunity to have their query displayed in giant letters, with one nervous girl asking "If I ask Ted, will he marry me?". A few minutes later she received the reply "Yes" with some advice on how to ask, which was promptly shown to everyone at
Circle on Cavil.
This is the first of many installations that 199QUERY will be rolling out in the next few weeks and adds another level of interaction with the question answer service.
The team at 199QUERY developed the technology to stream live questions and answers sent via SMS across TVs, Plasma Screens and big outdoor LED displays such as the
Circle on Cavil screen.
Questions and Answers are being shown at
Circle on Cavil daily from 6pm as part of the 199QUERY
University Games promotion.
199QUERY commenced answering questions in April 2006 and has answered over 33,333 questions since starting.
